BRRJA rules also restrict photos, cards, books, magazines, newspapers, stickers, glitter, plastic, and other items. Inmates may not keep more than 10 pictures; Polaroids and framed pictures are barred, and photos larger than 4 by 6 are not accepted. Money orders mailed alone are accepted at facilities, but no cash, certified checks, personal checks, or drop-offs are accepted under the mail page rules.

Bedford Jail Phone Calls

BRRJA inmate phone calls are handled by ViaPath and ConnectNetwork. Calls have a 15-minute maximum. The published rates are $0.16 per minute for collect, prepaid collect, and debit calls, and $0.50 per minute for international calls. Funding fees are $5.95 through a live agent and $2.95 through IVR or website funding. Inmate telephone credits for debit calls are sold through commissary.
